Client Agreement

This agreement explains how we’ll work together in a clear and simple way.

Together referred to as “Parties,” have entered into this Agreement as follows:

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Stylist agrees to provide wardrobe styling services (wardrobe edit, style map, shopping support, consultations, and other agreed services), and the Client agrees to accept and pay for these services.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. The Stylist shall:

• Provide services with quality and within the agreed timeline;
• Maintain confidentiality of the Client’s information;
• Provide professional recommendations based on expertise and Client’s requests.

2.2. The Client shall:

• Provide accurate information regarding their needs;
• Make timely payment as required under this Agreement;
• Follow the agreed schedule and terms of cooperation.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. The cost of services is determined according to the Stylist’s current rates, published on the official website: [website link]. 3.2. Payment for services shall be made in full (100% prepayment) upon signing this Agreement and the Technical Brief (TB). 3.3. Services will commence only after full prepayment has been received by the Stylist. 3.4. Acceptable payment methods: cash; Zelle transfer; or another mutually agreed method (for clients outside the U.S., an alternative transfer method may be arranged). 3.5. After services are rendered, all payments made are non-refundable and non-compensable.

4. Terms and Communication

4.1. Specific timelines and scope of services are defined in the Technical Brief (TB). 4.2. All changes and additional agreements are confirmed via email correspondence: [your email]. Such correspondence has legal force and forms an integral part of this Agreement. 4.3. Messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram) may also serve as confirmation of agreements if explicitly acknowledged by both Parties.

5. Confidentiality and Use of Materials

5.1. All personal data of the Client shall remain confidential. 5.2. The Stylist may use photo or video materials obtained during the service process in their portfolio, social media, or marketing materials only with the Client’s written consent.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Stylist is not responsible for the quality of goods purchased by the Client, even if recommended during the services. 6.2. The Client is responsible for timely payment and compliance with this Agreement.

7. Termination

7.1. The Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of both Parties. 7.2. In case of unilateral termination by the Client after signing and payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. 7.3. If the Client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before the agreed service, the prepayment is non-refundable.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The Parties shall not be liable for non-performance if caused by force majeure circumstances. 8.2. Force majeure includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, warfare, epidemics, government restrictions, transportation or communication failures, and other unforeseen circumstances. 8.3. The affected Party shall notify the other Party within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement comes into force upon signature by both Parties. 9.2. Any disputes arising shall first be settled through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. 9.3. This Agreement is made in two copies of equal legal force.
